Refund & Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding any issues with your order.

Due to the nature of our products (food items), we do not accept returns of delivered goods for safety and hygiene reasons.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is damaged

  • the item is defective

  • you received the wrong item

We may require photo or video evidence to evaluate the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will offer:

  • a replacement, or

  • a refund


Non-Returnable Items
All food products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.


Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for food items. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will resolve it accordingly.


Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another agreed method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
