Occelli con Tartufo is a premium Italian artisan cheese produced by Occelli Agrinatura in Farigliano, Piedmont, Italy. This cheese is crafted from high-quality cow’s milk and blended with black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum), making it a specialty product prized for its refined aroma and subtle truffle flavor.

Each 140 g portion, known as a fetta (wedge), is cut from a larger wheel and vacuum-packed to preserve freshness. The cheese has a firm, compact texture with small dark truffle flecks distributed throughout. Its flavor is naturally derived from the milk and truffle; it is mild, creamy, and delicately aromatic.
