OCCELLI IN FOGLIE DI CASTAGNO FETTA

Thanks to his passion and cheesemaking expertise, Beppino Ocelli has reinterpreted the traditional cheeses of the Langhe, creating a range of specialties appreciated by gourmets around the world. All products have received international awards and recognition, yet they are made in Italy, with respect for the land and animals, using Piedmontese milk from a controlled short supply chain. Made with sheep's and cow's milk, this hard cheese is aged for about a year and a half. The cheeses are then refined in chestnut leaves, transforming them and enriching them with a distinctive and exceptional flavor.
