Beppino Occelli's Verzin® recalls the noble art of marbling cow's, sheep's, and goat's milk cheeses, creating veins throughout the cheese from mold. Creamy and spreadable, with a decidedly savory flavor, it pairs well with fine Langhe wines, or even a fine passito.
